1. About Kinder Creations

Kinder Creations is a UK‑based sole‑trader business creating handmade items including 3D printed products, personalised signs, wax melts, and custom designs. We operate under the brand name Kinder Creations without publicly listing personal details. Contact us here

2. Products

All items are handmade or custom‑produced. Colours, finishes, and minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

3. Custom & Personalised Items

Custom items (including personalised name signs, custom prints, bespoke designs, and any product requiring a name or custom input) are made specifically for you.

Once production has started, these items cannot be cancelled or refunded, as materials, time, and equipment have already been used.

We will always ensure you are happy with the design before printing begins. If we are not satisfied with the print quality, we may delay dispatch to re‑print the item. You will be notified via the contact details provided at checkout.

4. Processing & Dispatch Times

Typical processing time: up to 3 days. Some items may take longer if:

  • the print requires extra time

  • quality checks fail and a re‑print is needed

  • materials or colours are being restocked

You will be notified if delays occur.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are securely processed through Stripe Checkout, which handles all payment details, receipts, and customer information.

6. Order Confirmation & Communication

Stripe will send order confirmations and receipts automatically. For any questions, please use the Contact Page on our website.

7. Misuse & Fair Use

Kinder Creations reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who repeatedly:

  • misuse refund policies

  • attempt to exploit custom work

  • place orders with malicious intent

  • waste materials, time, or equipment

We aim to keep our service fair for genuine customers.

8. Liability

Kinder Creations is not liable for:

  • delays caused by Royal Mail

  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • damage caused by misuse of products

  • allergic reactions to wax melts (ingredients are listed on product pages)

  • miss use of the products

  • brakeage (such as snapping or pulled)

  • choking (as some of our items are choking hazards and or have small parts) Please always keep and eye out for loose parts over time
